A beautifully preserved Wallace China Westward Ho “Chuckwagon” coffee cup, produced in the early 1950s and marked with the green Wallace China California U.S.A. The cup is accompanied by a True West Westward Ho saucer, c.1991. True West is the only maker authorized to reproduce china using art by Till Goodan, the creator of the images for Westward Ho and other midcentury Wallace patterns.
The glaze is bright and glossy, and the artwork is crisp — truly near‑mint, which is rare for Chuckwagon cups, as most show heavy restaurant wear. The cup and saucer display beautifully as a pair, and are perfect for western‑themed restaurant‑ware collections or everyday use.
Condition:
Exceptional near‑mint vintage condition. No cracks, chips, or discoloration. Minimal-to-no surface wear. A standout example of Chuckwagon.
