This rare syrup pitcher, by Wallace China (dtd. 1949), is in pristine condition. The pattern is from the Westward Ho series, "Chuckwagon," which features a red transfer design on a tan glazed ceramic background. Decorations at the top are authentic cattle brands, and the scene depicted around the base is a cattle drive chuckwagon in the desert with cactus, campfire, and cowboys. It stands 4.25 inches tall, making it much rarer than the individual creamers often found in diner dishware. The combined condition and rarity of this piece make it an exceptional find for the collector. As an addition to Western or farmhouse decor, this little pitcher is a stand-out.

A note on dishwashing - while this stocky, vitrified restaurant ware was designed for heavy usage, including industrial dishwashing, modern detergents will likely dull the glaze. Hand washing is recommended to preserve its pristine shine.
