Set of 6 Antique FOSTORIA Etched-mold Goblets, c. 1917
$125.00
From the venerated glass company, Fostoria, these enchanting goblets are a prime example of needle etched glass in American glass-making history. Needle etching did not use acid, but rather a steel "needle" was used to scratch in the design. According to Replacements Ltd., Fostoria introduced the Lily of the Valley pattern in 1915, making these goblets true antiques.
They are in excellent condition, with no nicks or haze. Truly lovely, especially for glass that is more than 100 years old. This size is technically the "water goblet." Each glass stands 6.5 inches tall and holds 9 fluid ounces. Please feel free to message with any questions. Thank you for visiting Redux Vintage Boutique.
